This beautiful necklace is done in the KJL deco style with two toned metal with black and green thick lucite and sparkling ice rhinestones. It is just under 20" long and has an oversized spring ring clasp. It's really pretty and looks like ART DECO black lacquer...It's a Gorgeous piece & is 80's or 90's costume jewelry from a collection and in excellent condition & will arrive gifted nicely! Great unsigned piece.
